FDA approved ResQCPR System device to improve the patient’s chances of surviving cardiac arrest. The device is for performing CPR on adult patients with out-of-hospital, non-traumatic cardiac arrest.Advanced Circulatory the maker of the device which is based in Roseville (USA) said in her press release that the product have two component- 'the ResQPOD® Impedance Threshold Device (ITD) 16 and the ResQPUMP® Active Compression Decompression CPR (ACD-CPR) device. Furthermore it is intended to regulate negative intrathoracic pressure to enhance blood flow in states of poor perfusion, including cardiac arrest and shock.
